March 16 Event Features Networking and Presentations

Raleigh, N.C., March 2, 2017 – The Triangle/Eastern N.C. Chapter of the British-American Business Council will host “Celebrating the Return of the 777 on the American Airlines London Service” on Thursday, Mar. 16, from 5:30-8 p.m. at RDU General Aviation Terminal, 1750 East International Drive, Raleigh.

In addition to hearing remarks from North Carolina Secretary of State Elaine Marshall, attendees can expect a night of networking and presentations from featured speakers:
• Bob Ingram of Hatteras Venture Partners
• Mike Landguth, president and CEO of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority
• Kathy Keily, managing director of sales, Southeastern Division for American Airlines
• Andrew Terrell, U.K. consul for prosperity, business and government affairs, Raleigh

Speakers will provide an informative background on the history and importance of how the American Airlines London service from RDU first got off the ground, a highlight of the resumption of the 777 service on the London flight, and an overview of the RDU Master Plan Vision 2040. There will be a Q&A session after the program concludes.
