As the race to replace Prime Minister Boris Johnson continues in London, officials there have finalized a trade agreement they say will boost both the U.K. and North Carolina. In recent days there have been a lot of moving parts – complicated by the politics of a leadership shift – but Wednesday morning it was official, an agreement had been signed by trade officials in both the U.K. and North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper’s administration.
