Meg is the leader of the international tax group for SAS Institute Inc., the world’s largest privately-held software company. She oversees all aspects of the Company’s international tax function including international tax planning, compliance, and the development and implementation of tax-efficient global policies. Before joining SAS, Meg was a tax partner with Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP.

Meg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She received her Master’s Degree in Accounting with a Concentration in Taxation from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Meg is a member of the AICPA and the NCACPA.
